Shannon Foster

Shannon Foster is a Sydney based D’harawal Saltwater Knowledge Keeper and artist who has been teaching her family’s stories for over twenty years to a range of audiences in learning and cultural institutions including Sydney University, Sydney Olympic Park, Taronga Zoo, Australian Museum, University of Technology Sydney (UTS), and Australian Catholic University. Foster holds a Bachelor of Visual Arts from Western Sydney University and a Postgraduate Diploma of Education from Sydney University. She is a current Phd candidate at UTS.
